Downpay: Deposits made simple

This is a great option that I have been looking for, for months. I sell a high-end product so it makes it much easier for my customers to pay half now and half later when their order is finished and ready to ship.

It seems like the functionality would work, but there is no cart level option for the pre-order, only on a product specific basis. It didn't serve me needs because of this.

We've been using Downpay for our pre-sales and out-of-stock products. It's really easy to install (we are still using the older, 1.x, themes, too), and simple to configure! It's definitely worth it for our business to have customers convert and secure a sale instead of churning!

This really simplified my work around for custom products, and gives my customers a significantly better experience that saves everyone a lot of pain and confusion. The development team behind the app is epic, they have been super helpful and responsive.

It's been great to leverage Downpay on my made to order products -- since my artwork is completed in batches, it's super helpful to understand my customer demand before I sit down to create the product. It also helps my customer put a down payment on products and guarantee getting one of my exclusive item drops, win-win!

This is the PERFECT solution to all of the troubles I've been having with Shopify in the past 2 years. The app is so efficient and the development team is fantastic. I found that many of the other deposit apps on Shopify function as a "plug-in" which means that the deposit options don't show up immediately on the product page, and this has resulted in some situations where my customers' deposits didn't go through properly. However, with this app, the deposit function is a block within the theme code which means that there is zero lag between the page loading and the deposit loading. 10000000% the best & safest app you should use to manage your deposits on Shopify. 10 out of 10 stars!
