Downpay is incredibly simple to setup and worked seamlessly for our Shopify website. The customisation options are very well considered and adapt to your website CSS.

The highlight of Downpay is actually their support! Diana has been incredible - super prompt and clear with any questions I have. They also have very robust Help Guides which assist with editing CSS, customising emails and other FAQs.

Using this app has been seamless and when I don't know HOW...they are quick to respond and help you thru the process. Defiantly a big help to the small business who want to collect down payments until they are ready to ship.

Works well, documentation is very good, and customer support is even better! Despite warning me it could be up to 2 days to hear back, I got an answer within 15 minutes and Ian walked me everything thing I had questions about and even did some adjustments based on our specific needs.
