i like how easily drip integrates with shopify. it takes some time to get used to the drip platform.

The app works great. The best app I have used so far. 4 stars because they can improve on notifications to the account holders when there is an issue. I am told the team is working on it. Hopefully, they will get this resolved soon. Highly recommend using this app.

Intuitive and easy to use. It has a lot of things in a single app, so cart abandonment, product recommendations, etc. not just a pop up. It is expensive but it saves hours per month, so it more than makes up for it.
I am loving Drip. The tutorials are short and to the point which makes learning the software really quick and efficient. The automation makes everything seamless, and my favorite part is the customer service and tech help. I had some glitches and issues with my emails sending and I received immediate and excellent help to find a solution. Super happy!

Drip freaking rules. Beautiful integration. Absolutely no issues at all with getting Shopify and Drip to work perfectly together. Drip also has the best customer service of literally any company I've ever experienced.
I was using Drip prior to migrating to Shopify - and was very happy with it. The transition to Shopify was seamless, and it works perfectly. I'm very happy with it.
Mailchimp. Klavio. Convert Kit. We have used them all. Our Shopify store was really looking to level up with automations for both our brick and mortar and online shop. What is the point of all those subscribers if you don't nurture them? Drip has several levels of support and training and someone is always willing to help. I can't wait to set up more automations and see some return.
I really needed a tool to help me with my email marketing and this is IT! It's super easy, intuitive and fun to use. I highly recomend!
Drip is both easy to use and really powerful. There's nothing that you can't do with it! You can connect multiple services just like Shopify and set up pretty much anything you want to retarget your customers and send them e-mails. Greatest service ever!
This app has been great in scaling our DTC business. There tech team (Andrew Koch in particular) has been amazing in ensuring we are running at our email campaigns the best they can be!

I switched to Drip from Mailchimp and enjoy their automatic re-targetting and it's just so much easier to use and design emails and automatations. Love it.
It connects my store perfectly to my Drip account, bringing all the important data along with my mailing list. I've been using Drip with all my businesses and projects and couldn't recommend more. Simple to integrate and all the important information is at my Drip Dashboard.
We love Drip's intuitive and user-friendly automations and the ability to automatically retarget specifically those people who didn't open your email. We switched from Mailchimp and don't plan on going back!
I am still new but so far, very good. There is a lot more value available for the price I was paying another provider, and it is helpful to have suggested workflows, especially for someone who isn't familiar with e-comm but is just starting out with trying to run a shop for the first time. There are many ways to add customers to different segments based on where their journey is with your store, which is also a learning point for me. Happy I found it, and hope to continue having good experiences with the program.
We used to run our business with Active Campaign, which is a great tool, but not too integrated with Shopify. After trying our Klaviyo and having the worst customer service ever, we found out Drip. It´s as powerful as Klaviyo, tracking pretty much everything a user does on your website, but with fair customer service and much better UX. It still has to increase it´s integration with other tools such as Review Tools, but it was a very good movement for our business. We now have a much more consistent communication with our customers and better understanding of their behavior.
This is the least capable and stable email marketing platform I have tried and tested, and I have used ALL the major platforms. It is the poorest because of numerous bugs and performance issues involving syncing contacts, automations, and subscriber form failures. Many other issues you can read about in other comments. But what truly makes Drip so bad is the customer service. It is non-existent. I have emailed, called and messaged online a number of times and have never got one response. Please consider another platform unless your store's marketing is not important for your business.
I moved from omnisend to Drip. The extra segmentation features really help deliver that perfect customer experience, making each email seem like it was personally written. Worth the extra money!

It's already a winning app in and of itself. Add the fact that their support team is SPOT ON, and you've got a complete beast! These guys really care about your success and setting up your account, using it properly, and creating an amazing revenue channel for your store. They even follow up with you if they see you aren't doing something right within your Drip account. Bottom line...Full Send on Drip.
