I am hoping that this app will help grow my business. I just sent my first email. I like the way it integrates with my shopify store so far so good.

Drip is the best-automated email system four for Shopify Plus or Big commerce. It is an excellent email system I would recommend trying.

We are being charged $39 a month, but are unable to open the app or send out emails. We've contacted support and have yet to receive a reply or help of any kind. We would like our money back or we will be forced to open a dispute.

The workflow for abandoned carts never worked, no email was sent properly for days in the other workflows, they answer that all was fixed, but no emails were being sent out from the abandoned cart funnels, in the chat they answered fast, but I didn't get any other follow-up emails as promised and the tool continued without working for more than 10 days, this app made me lost money since day 1, I was using omnisend trying to search for a more modern user interface and better price, but sadly this was not the right solution, I just removed it, I'm trying another solution.

We take feedback very seriously and we understand how frustrating it can be when your automation is not working as expected.
While our Development team was able to quickly resolve the first issue with your abandoned cart workflow, we understand there were some roadblocks with your second workflow and we are taking steps to review our workflow templates for the best user experience.

We also apologize for the delay in communication with our Support team. After a thorough review, we found that we had sent the same-day follow-up message to the email address attached to the ticket, instead of the email address you had requested we use instead.

Drip is the best at email automation. Unlimited segmentation possibilities, and a lot of prebuild workflows/automations. I can definitely recommend Drip.

This is the least capable and stable email marketing platform I have tried and tested, and I have used ALL the major platforms. It is the poorest because of numerous bugs and performance issues involving syncing contacts, automations, and subscriber form failures. Many other issues you can read about in other comments. But what truly makes Drip so bad is the customer service. It is non-existent. I have emailed, called and messaged online a number of times and have never got one response. Please consider another platform unless your store's marketing is not important for your business.

I now have 3 clients using this CRM and I am thrilled thus far. It is easy to use and they give you great tips. I love that they keep expanding their offerings to "meet the customer" where they have needs! Thank you!
