False revenue. Many workflow glitches. Overcharged invoices & no reply from billing. Not recommended
Pessimi. Una volta installata, non si riesce più ad aprire e ti rimanda alla pagina di installazione- salvo impedirtelo perchè chiaramente il negozio risulta già connesso a un account Drip. Servizio clienti inesistente. Fatturazione crescente e totalmente incoerente.
Fast customer service before you buy in, super slow and unfair business handling after!!! We had a major billing issue with them. They promised us a 30 days free trial however after 14 days we were fully charged for a full month. When we address their customer support, they sent us to resolve the issue with Shopify billing saying they have no control. We went back to Shopify which in return send us back to drip. When we wrote back to support it took them time to reply and then another billing cycle happened. Eventually, after another attempt to reach a different customer service member, we were told that they are sorry and that the issue will be reviewed. Of course, no one came back to us for a few weeks, with another billing cycle and charges made. When I finally threatened to place a dispute i got a reply and suddenly they were willing to process a credit. I wonder why they could have not done it the first time, 3 months ago. We never used the app or sent out even a single email !! Their app might be good, but the service is unacceptable.
We are being charged $39 a month, but are unable to open the app or send out emails. We've contacted support and have yet to receive a reply or help of any kind. We would like our money back or we will be forced to open a dispute.
The workflow for abandoned carts never worked, no email was sent properly for days in the other workflows, they answer that all was fixed, but no emails were being sent out from the abandoned cart funnels, in the chat they answered fast, but I didn't get any other follow-up emails as promised and the tool continued without working for more than 10 days, this app made me lost money since day 1, I was using omnisend trying to search for a more modern user interface and better price, but sadly this was not the right solution, I just removed it, I'm trying another solution.

This is the least capable and stable email marketing platform I have tried and tested, and I have used ALL the major platforms. It is the poorest because of numerous bugs and performance issues involving syncing contacts, automations, and subscriber form failures. Many other issues you can read about in other comments. But what truly makes Drip so bad is the customer service. It is non-existent. I have emailed, called and messaged online a number of times and have never got one response. Please consider another platform unless your store's marketing is not important for your business.
