Drip freaking rules. Beautiful integration. Absolutely no issues at all with getting Shopify and Drip to work perfectly together. Drip also has the best customer service of literally any company I've ever experienced.
Shopify and Drip are two essential tools that allow us to do what we do. By integrating them together, we can serve our customers better and faster. Nobody likes getting marketing messages that make no sense and with these integrations we can know that everything is always up to date and we're communicating effectively with our customers. The integration 'just works', there's really not a lot you need to do other than plug it in and get going. Drip and Shopify are well paired together.

I moved from omnisend to Drip. The extra segmentation features really help deliver that perfect customer experience, making each email seem like it was personally written. Worth the extra money!
I'm just getting started but Drip seems to be the email service provider for me (business owner, multiple hats)! Super user friendly and the analytics are easy to read

We've used a variety of email marketing platforms, but none have been integrated as well with Shopify as Drip. Drip is very user friendly, along with having excellent automation workflows.
We've used a handful of email marketing tools out there and can definitively say that Drip is our favorite!

We used to run our business with Active Campaign, which is a great tool, but not too integrated with Shopify. After trying our Klaviyo and having the worst customer service ever, we found out Drip. It´s as powerful as Klaviyo, tracking pretty much everything a user does on your website, but with fair customer service and much better UX. It still has to increase it´s integration with other tools such as Review Tools, but it was a very good movement for our business. We now have a much more consistent communication with our customers and better understanding of their behavior.
Perfectly connects your Shopify with your Drip, what more is there to say?! Your customer data (and way more) will be synced up in a snap.
Drip is really great at setting up automated emails. The revenue dashboards are cool to see what emails are bringing in $$.

Mailchimp. Klavio. Convert Kit. We have used them all. Our Shopify store was really looking to level up with automations for both our brick and mortar and online shop. What is the point of all those subscribers if you don't nurture them? Drip has several levels of support and training and someone is always willing to help. I can't wait to set up more automations and see some return.
