Dripshipper: Coffee & Tea

Was having an issue on my store, but quickly realized that I was using the older app. I also made an unintentional edit while updating on of the SKU which was presenting a problem to orders. However, customer support identified the issue to get our store back up and running in no-time flat. Great service!

great application, delicious coffee, easy to use and link with sales channels, communication with the technical team is always fluid.

If you want to sell coffee on Shopify, this is the app to use. It's easy to use, mostly user friendly. The team is quick to respond and very helpful.

so far so good - seems a little bit more complicated than necessary however, coffee is very good and shipping is fast

I really liked how fast the customer service was, within 2 hours of submitting a question a person had emailed me back to help me resolve my issue. Shipping to customers is fast. I think my favorite thing about this company is that they take a picture of your logo and put it on the shipping box-label. There are times that I wish there was a phone number to call, but then I could see people taking advantage of that also.
