This is really the only drop a hint app on Shopify. The team were very responsive when I brought issues to their attention and speedily helped me resolve them. As for the app itself, the drag-and-drop interface is super easy to use especially if you are not tech-savvy. And it looks great on desktop and mobile. 5 stars.
We used Drop a Hint to allow users to send email "hints" of products they want. When we needed custom work based on our Shopify product setup, the Drop a Hint team (including Stan, the CEO) was responsive and easy to work with. Truly appreciate the flexibility of this app.

This app has been fantastic and our customers love it. We are a jewelry business and we keep seeing fantastic results. Especially now as the holidays are about to ramp up. The developers and owners of the app are SO responsive, they call you back, they help fix issues and they truly care. Not many apps do this -- so we have been grateful for them as we have a lot of customizations. They also helped us do the development since our team did not handle the bandwidth.
