We are extremely happy with the Drop a Hint app! It was easy to add on and is very user friendly from our end and for the customers to use. We've already seen increased use of it with our clients. I have had to ask for assistance in installing the app due to cookie glitches. but seems to be working ok now. The app team on this app is so incredibly helpful. The admin isn't the most intuitive and the help documents don't really exist but the team that supports this app more than makes up for anything that is missing.
