Hello Drop commerce, i am starter and wanted to bring below to your attention.
Kindly look at the Wilds wood supplier- the watches in your Dropcommerce App has the retail price more than what the price they are offering in website. might be by $20-30 for products under $100.
Kindly could you please let them know about it as it is not fair and is a conflict.I have pinged one of your customer care but she/he is away hence i need to leave a review here.
If we target on US customer base then it will be a definite loss for sure.
Hence, for that reason even though the watches are amazing I just did not opt for it.

DropCommerce has been super easy to use and navigate, and the products look really good. I'm excited to start selling with them!
I signed up for the free trial and cannot get a hold of anyone to cancel before the trial is completed. DO NOT pay for the full year up front. I'm afraid I'm not going to get my money back.
**update: they did refund my purchase, however, the app still was not a fit for my needs

Please save your money, and choose a different app. The products are not unique, the quality is low, and the pricing is high. You will NOT MAKE A PROFIT off this app, or its products. Also, even if you cancel your accoutn, you will continue to be billed monthly. I cancelled 2 months ago, and even with Shopifys help, Jimmy the app developer will continue to bill you. There are so many other great drop ship apps that can actually make a difference, but this is not one of them. Jimmy you can make this right be refunding me my money for the past 2 months. You sent me a cancelation email back on 4/17/22 and yet you continue to bill me. Shopify sellers beware.

Jimmy also mentioned to you that he had issued you a refund on the active account. Please note that billing is done through Shopify, but we have authorized a refund on the two months of DropCommerce charges on your active account. I purchased a prebuilt template that Drop Commerce made for me, The webpage says someone will contact you in 24 hours to create your website, however I heard nothing for the first 4 days and I was under my 14 day free trial from Shopify so I was very frustrated. I spent another 2 days going back and forth between Shopify and DropCommerce because I was unable to log in to the store. I then purchased an item from my own store just to test the accuracy of what is advertised and it's been 7 days and nothing has happened. It hasn't even shipped yet. The contact us page "Live Chat" doesn't work and it takes over 24 hours for them to respond to you. Plus it says 48 mins to fulfill order for the last 6 days. The website advertises that it ships in 5-7 business days. I think you should take that off your website if it's not true. Also, who is in charge of your YouTube Channel? It would be much easier to watch videos of how to do certain things on your site if it was updated regularly. However, It's been over a year since it's been updated. I even called the vendor directly and they had not received my order so I know its Drop Commerce. UPDATE: After submitting this I was told that I had to go through DropCommerce website to fulfill the order instead of Shopify (separate login for me) . Anyone who purchases a prebuilt store should be made aware of this. Also, the shipping price on Drop Commerce is NOT the same price as it is on Shopify so my profit margins just decreased significantly. These prebuilt stores don't add the total value of shipping per item so my entire formula is skewed. The prices are too high to make this work successfully. 9-11-22 I received my bag last Friday. The box unrecognizable but the product was okay. It was sent by FedEx. I was charged $10 for shipping a drawstring bag that someone shipped in a medium sized cardboard box which naturally would flatten if another box was put on top of it. It should have been shipped in a padded envelope. And, I'm getting violations that my store isn't properly set up and so I can't advertise on certain platforms. Still frustrated.
I used this app to help me fulfill quality products in a reasonable time frame. I love this app. I will continue to use this app.

Hi all, if you are looking for a really nice template, talk to Patrick at DropCommerce. These guys have gorgeous website templates and their service is impeccable. They go the extra mile. And in this E-Commerce world where you are talking to people all day whom you never get to meet, that is a HUGE breathe of fresh air!

My Shopify store has been enabled for about a year, and in August 2020 I decided to try DropCommerce. The main problem I have with DropCommerce is the 14 day trial period is way too short, and their basic "paid" plan is too limited allowing only 25 products. For me to continue with DropCommerce it needs to be a Win-Win situation. But currently they win, and the I lose the monthly fee, and several hundred dollars in marketing expenses with no sales. I am struggling to make sense out of this model where I have to pay them to sell their products for no personal benefit. To optimize a Shopify store for SEO could easily take months with zero sales. How about billing merchants as soon as they start making sales?

First off, you'll be happy to hear that we've recently added a completely free plan where you can add 25 products to your store. Although you cannot process orders with it, this will allow you to start taking orders before you ever pay a dime in subscription fees.
Second, it sounds as though you're having some issues with your marketing strategy. That can certainly be frustrating. If you're spending hundreds of dollars without seeing any sales, you'll most likely want to revisit your ad campaigns and make some optimizations to your store. Relying on SEO for dropshipping is unlikely to work out, since you'll be competing with e-commerce goliaths like Walmart and Amazon.

They only allow 3 suppliers to choose from, They dont have product you can choose from ,very little.

It's true that our free plan offers access to up to 3 unique suppliers at one time, but our Professional plan offers access to unlimited suppliers in our system. I hope that helps!
