I've been blogging for 10 years on Wordpress...stressing myself out and losing all energy for even writing. This app has renewed my spirit. Customer service is always there for me too.
We are using the app for 1 week and had some problems, which was with help from support, handled very well – it appears they managed to resolve all issues. We were looking for a tool, which could better incorporate our products in the blog articles. This was also the main feature why we decided for your tool. The rest is an amazing bonus, especially SEO calculator tool, which helps us to monitor our text. In addition, it works much better to write text in your tool as directly in Shopify blog. In general, we are very satisfied with the app and I would recommend it to all users who has focus on SEO marketing.

Wow! The customer service with DropInBlog has been absolutely incredible! Hamza has responded almost immediately each time I've needed to chat with DropInBlog and they have helped me customize our blog to exactly what I hoped for! So greatful for this product!

5 stars on their customer service, as they were very responsive to a few questions I had. 2 stars for the software, as it feels a little clunky and doesn't separate itself from apps that have free versions. For instance, you can't change the font (that I've seen), but that's standard free feature in a competitive app. Images are difficult to place and wrap text around (really made an awkward preview for Mobile viewing). The ability to upload a Shopify product into the post is helpful. All in all, can't justify the monthly price tag associated with the app.

absolutely not if you already have a blog. you HAVE to make all those blogs you already did put into 301 redirects. Nothing will update when you make changes unless you do that. The app is essentially something running on their system that you redirect to using your own website. they add code to your theme to do this. if you ever want out and use their service to make blog posts, you have to export everything by csv and upload it to your own site, which would mess up yoru seo by a lot. very archaic tech and not super useful if you already have a built out blog.
You hit the nail on the head! We are not just a page builder on top of the built-in Shopify Blog. There are so many limitations to what Shopify gives us and adding onto it will just make it even slower and worse for SEO. DropInBlog is from the ground up but still works inside your store. We have a better URL structure and faster page load times — just like Google likes. And as you pointed out we have an easy import from your existing blog and even handle the 301 redirects for you. And for any reason if you ever want to leave DropInBlog and go to any other blogging platform you can export all your posts from the panel. Our goal is to make your more money by ranking your posts higher and driving more customers to your store — that's something we'll stand by.
