The connection from Wholesale2b (W2B) to Shopify is very difficult. It took me 2-hrs with shoppify support tech, and we could not even finish setting up the shipping zone/cost the way that the instruction from W2B tell us to do.
The support from Wholesale2B is almost none. I still do not feel confident about W2B setting instruction whether it is correct or not.

The shipping setup can sometimes be challenging because it depends on how your Shopify store is configured, including your shipping strategy, locations, and the suppliers you plan to work with. While our setup guide covers the standard configuration, there are cases where additional adjustments are needed.
I'm also sorry that you felt our support was lacking. That is certainly not the experience we want our members to have. We'd genuinely like the opportunity to review your setup and help you get everything working correctly.
