Shopify had sent me now that the app might not work properly
I am new to dear lover and have had about 4 orders through them. My service agent is Emma, and she does not ever understand my questions or answers them clearly. Furthermore, I was charged twice for the same order yesterday. Today, I paid for an order, and it reflects as paid, but it still sends emails and says it needs payment before fulfillment.
I wish they had a live chat, or customer service number because the response times are slow.
The application just stopped working. Items will not sync to my store any longer. I submitted a support request but never heard back.
This app is terrible. I reached out for help and got a response once. But now I got two orders waiting, and I cant get ahold of anybody to help. The customer service does not exist. Nice clothes, but this app is a nightmare.

I have tried to work with this company for a few months and there is issue after issue. First their app wouldn’t update so my customers were buying products that was out of stock and I didn’t know until I went to purchase in their website. The customer service is terrible. There has been times when customer service is responsive and will respond all times of the day, evening and day time, but when you ask for them to cancel an order they pretend to not see the email and won’t respond even though I have sent 2 emails several days before the product was processed and shipped. It’s really too bad bc this company has decent clothing but can’t support anyone who doesn’t care about their customers. Iam deleting the app and not selling their products anymore.
Was receiving an error message at check out “can not deliver to this address”.wrote to support and never heard back from them so I deleted the app.
It's really a shame that their customer service is horrible, because I was really interested in using their app for my store. The clothes are super cute and the prices are great, but there is very little info on the app and if you need help unfortunately they don't respond. Had to uninstall for lack of information and the fact that they don't respond. Maybe if they improve I'll give them another shot but until then I wouldn't waste my time.
Easy to install easy to use when adding products to my store i love the cloth and the price Q. can some one tell me how fast is shipping. And i also notice once you add a product from the app you cannot remove that product from the app. Update Help help how do you remove products from the Import List

The app is really easy to use, but placing orders is awful they really need to do some upgrading because this affects our businesses, when we cant get our items to customers. I placed an order and was sent an email from dear-lover to cancel it and to place the order through other site https://www.dropship-clothes.com/ but then how will I be able to use drop shipping. I won't be using.
