DSers: Dropship+AliExpress+AI

It’s terrible. I accidentally subscribed—there was a free trial period, so I cancelled immediately—but the cancellation didn't go through. I was forced to wait for the charge to process before applying for a refund, and even after contacting support to request one, I still ended up being charged $10.

Dsers agent was very co-operative, she helped me solve my frustrating advanced formula issue, which was calculating my selling prices at losses because the formula did not add the shipping cost to the total cost, this was happening because the formula did not show the exact name of the shipping method. But I suggested to at least warn the user that the shipping cost is not being calculated and to have the option to include it before pushing the item to the store.

I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to dropshipping and how to get that set up. DSers messenger featured connected me with an agent who walked me through what to do to set up, mapped it for me, and how to connect accounts/applications. DSers messenger feature was patience and answered all my questions for several hours. Time well spent since it was clear as day when I got done.

Great company to do business with!! They are an amazing company and I am so glad I use them for my business. They were available for help in the afternoon on Memorial Day (Monday) when everyone is out at bbq's. They helped me through something that was confusing and hard to figure out. They were there every step of the way. I just couldn't believe the level of customer service. I was so appreciative. And I recommend them to anyone starting a dropship / e-commerce business.
