It's not as complicated as it sounds. My store is almost completed. It's also good to know that there is AI support available to help me set up preferences. I used a chat agent to ask questions on some major requirements, hey Ellie! It's a pleasure to have a human touch and now I can rest assured of knowing what to do next. I just feel that everything is about to come together. This is still going to be a Grand Opening in my domain. I give DSERS for SHOPIFY 5 STARS rating because I am more confident and ready to go get some sales!

I had a batch of orders stuck in "Awaiting Payment" after a supplier change, address validation failures on Polish rural postcodes, and I was pretty confused about how to untangle it all. Layla walked me through every issue patiently — diagnosed the province/city mismatch on AliExpress, tested one of my orders herself to confirm the fix, and flagged that several orders were missing province data so I could fix it at the source.
