I'm writing this review to say thank you to your staff Alice who has helped me relentlessly and made sure my order was successfully placed. My order needed mapping and I could not do it without help, so on conducting D'sers Chat Alice took time to find a solution for the problem. She took me through the process step by step and shown me how to map my orders. Without her I could not have done it. She was very nice and professional. I so appreciate your help. Great customer service. Aimee was very helpful in answering my questions and getting me to understand a process I was completely lost in. She shared screenshots and videos to help me find on my screen what she was referring to, which helped immensely.
