The DSERS app is great and so intuitive. I'm on the free plan at the moment but will definitely upgrade when increasing sales.
The customer support team are the best I have come across - always happy to help, very quick to look at queries. I haven't contacted them about an issue yet, all just me learning the system and they are lovely. Especially Arwen who was very helpful, quick to look at my questions and gives a thorough response.

My first time using the app, I had to rollback the fulfillment. The app wasn't doing it after two tried. Customer service fixed it immediately. Thanks Jully! The app works pretty smoothly. i really like the options to optimize and find other sources for the product. The orders sync well too. Would recommend.

Selena was incredibly helpful! She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and was able to go into details with screenshots to make sure that I fully understood her answers to my questions. THANK YOU SO MUCH ISAK !!I was struggling so much on trying to figure out how to work this and, giving the Live chat a chance was the smartest move. With the wonderful help from Isak on live chat I was able to get what I needed done, DONE! He kept answering all my questions, and when I didnt get it he sent easy screenshots to help, and even if when things werent working, HE KEPT TRYING UNTIL IT WORKED. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN GOAT ISAK AND DSERS!!!!!!
