Ralla was patient, kind, and a lifesaver! I signed up for Shopify/ DSers only a week ago, and had a lot of questions. I used the FB Messenger Chat option and had a quick reply in under a minute. I even left her hanging for 30 minutes while I was at work and she stayed with me the whole time until every question was thoroughly answered. She offered to log into my account to try and figure out the problems herself and sent detailed screenshots with bright red arrows and boxes to clearly show how to fix the issues. Thank you for your help Ralla :)
