Whoever Holly is from support, she deserves a raise. Very quick to respond and helped me immediately. It was a short interaction, but that was due to holly being extremely quick to resolve the issue. Would recommend using this app, very user friendly and very helpful staff. I hardly ever leave reviews but I am genuinely impressed with their support, and Holly for addressing my issue right away. I am very new to dropshipping. I got my first order and the product wasn't mapped properly through the sourcer for fulfillment to the customer. Lucia walked me through the process. She was very patient in explaining it. She shared screenshots of how to correctly handle the problem. She continued to follow up to make sure I was able to correct my problem. She is very helpful and professional!
