I needed some help with my order a customer made in my store so I seeked help with DSers. The assistant Sylvia was happy to help me and took time to walk me through the process and helped me solve the problem. Kinda wished the english was better on their side as I didn't understand what she was trying to tell me once or twice. However we came to a solution at the end which is the most important.

What amazing customer service! Una, the super kind employee who answered me on messenger was so patient with me and very helpful. I'm starting in the dropshipping industry and she walked me through step by step and took the time to explain everything to me. 10/10 for customer service!

I'm new to Shopify and dropshipping. I decided to try DSers-AliExpress as my next dropshipper. I was having some difficulties understanding how to import products from a supplier on AliExpress through DSers to my shopify store. So I sent a message on the chat bubble. I was answered by Irene. The service she provided me was excellent, and the information that she afforded me was exactly what I needed. She was very helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable.
