I'm new to this droppshipping stuff but I tried for days w trying to figure out my shipping and delivery until I finally gave up and hit the help button..Mr Jessi Li, saved the day for me..he was patient with me being so indigent about how any of this shopify store works..and he give me guidance w screenshots to help me. Then I got stuck again and he fixed everything for me w the international shipping... Thank u so much! Great folks here so next time I won't be so hesitant to hit that help button.

Update: Do not trust these people, today i talked to them again they are completely useless and liars.
I was told that I would be contacted by customer service, did not happen. After the upgrade everything got messed up, all the inventory gone, mappings gone, orders gone. It is completely bad and I am going thru all the mapping and orders one by one, for 1000 skus. I do not appreciate this and will probably switch if I find something else
