Nikki did a great job of helping me today. The only issue I have is that there is no manual sync button to keep your collections synced to Shopify. This should happen automatically but only one sub-collection got added. They are working on the problem.

What a gem i found! i got the help i needed to figure out how to map my products, looks pretty easy. I got great support getting the help i needed. DSers is in my opinion the best dropshipping platform. It is easy to use, practical and makes managing products and orders very efficient. We use DSers for our baby store Bébé Miam and we're very happy with it. Product importing and order processing are simple and efficient. The Messenger support team is excellent—fast, professional, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!
Dsers agent was very co-operative, she helped me solve my frustrating advanced formula issue, which was calculating my selling prices at losses because the formula did not add the shipping cost to the total cost, this was happening because the formula did not show the exact name of the shipping method. But I suggested to at least warn the user that the shipping cost is not being calculated and to have the option to include it before pushing the item to the store.
