Elora was amazing! she answered question in detail, helped me with supplier issues and even found me a new supplier in 2 minutes! Definetly would recommend dsers to anyone starting dropshipping.

Lacey ... what can I say....

Took the time to help me and was super knowledgeable about the platform even though I am not. Sent screen shots with arrows and easy to follow instructions. I am new to this and its always good to know there are people like Lacey waiting in the wings to lend a hand. They saved me a tonne of time and effort and panic in not being able to fulfil a customer in United Stated that had ordered from me. Highly recommend Dsers and Lacey as an assistant to people needing it. Keep up the great work Lacey! Thanks You ;-)

Layla from DSers support genuinely saved my day. I had a batch of orders stuck in "Awaiting Payment" after a supplier change, address validation failures on Polish rural postcodes, and I was pretty confused about how to untangle it all. Layla walked me through every issue patiently — diagnosed the province/city mismatch on AliExpress, tested one of my orders herself to confirm the fix, and flagged that several orders were missing province data so I could fix it at the source. Fast responses, real solutions, no runaround. Exactly the kind of support you hope for when you're stuck. Highly recommend DSers, and huge thanks to Layla specifically.

Shayla a été vraiment formidable ! Elle a été super patiente avec moi. J'ai beaucoup de difficulté avec la technologie et elle a réussi à me sécuriser et à régler tous les problèmes que j'avais. C'est vraiment une personne compétente, aimable et surtout super patiente. Je vous la recommande chaudement car elle règle bien les choses même si c'est compliqué. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire conversation. Ashley took the time to fully understand my issue and guided me step-by-step with clear, practical solutions that actually worked.

What stood out the most was her professionalism and warm, friendly attitude—it didn’t feel rushed or scripted at all. She made sure all my questions were answered before ending the chat, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.

What a great service DSers provides, they are always there to lend a hand and assist us with whatever we may be stuck on. ****Esfania*** Did great today after I made a boo boo (starter here) she was able to fix it rather quickly and put myself at ease that it was going to be ok. highly recommend this app and program for anyone starting out or been doing it for a while and just need a fresh DS provider. I love the mapping and being able to just have one main place for all the many products. Lets all give a big round of applause for the DSers help center associates!!!!!

Amazing customer service experience!

The support team was extremely responsive and professional throughout the whole process. Every time I had a question or an issue, they replied بسرعة and provided clear, helpful solutions. They really took the time to understand my problem and guided me step by step until everything was resolved.

What I appreciated the most was how efficient and patient they were — no copy-paste answers, just real help. It made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Honestly one of the best customer support experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!
