I recently raised a billing question with support, and their team replied quickly and patiently across several conversations. DSers has been the backbone of my store's fulfillment. The Basic Mapping with Backup Supplier feature is a lifesaver - when my primary supplier ran low on a key variant, DSers routed the order to my backup automatically. Verified with a real test order and it just worked. Special shout-out to the support team: they checked my actual backend mapping, explained the switch logic, and even monitored my test order routing in real time until it was confirmed. Above and beyond. If you run a Shopify store with AliExpress suppliers, get DSers. 10/10.

Great experience with DSers! The platform makes product mapping and order fulfillment much easier, and the supplier comparison feature is very useful. I had a great experience working with Layla while trying to navigate AliExpress and the DSers app. Honestly, the process was very confusing and involved so many moving parts. I was able to successfully place an order, but the whole process felt pretty choppy, and I’m definitely not a fan of how complicated it can be.
That being said, Layla was absolutely wonderful! She was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to help me work through everything without making me feel overwhelmed. Having someone like her there to guide me made a frustrating process much easier.

Amazing customer service! The support agent was incredibly patient and helpful with my order issues. They helped fix an order I was struggling to place and also went out of their way to search multiple platforms for a new supplier for my product. Even though we weren’t able to find a suitable supplier for Australia, they really took the time to try different options and explain everything to me. DSers makes managing my dropshipping orders much easier. The interface is simple, product importing is quick, and bulk order processing saves me a lot of time. Customer support is also responsive and helpful whenever I need assistance. Highly recommended for Shopify dropshipping!

Frankie in support was fantastic. We had an old Shopify store stuck on our DSers account that the delete button would not clear, and Frankie sorted it out quickly, explained exactly what was needed on our end, and followed through. The app itself is easy to navigate for pushing products and mapping suppliers, and knowing support is this responsive makes it an easy recommendation.

’m extremely grateful for how much easier DSers has made my operation. It has helped me make the entire order management process much faster, more practical and much easier to handle on a daily basis.

j'ai placé une commande et j'ai eu beaucoup de difficulté avec la commande ne sachant c'etait quoi le problème. Je suis allée sur messenger afin de communiquer avec quelqu'un d'Ali Express et je suis tombée sur cette personne qui a pris tout son temps pour m'aider. Plus la conversation allait, plus j'avais de questions. Cette personne a pris tout son temps pour me répondre. Pas une minute je me sentais le besoin de me dépêcher de parler. Jai raccroché avec mon problème résolu et avec toutes les questions que j'avais. Je n'ai pas l'habitude écrire des views, mais celle-ci a catche tout mon attention. Merci beaucoup! Satisfaite!!!
