Was forced to go to this from Oberlo. Oberlo was so much more intuitive and easy to use. I cannot say enough about how much I am displeased with this new platform. First off migration was a nightmare and it didn't keep any of the suppliers, so i had to go back by hand and add all the variants and suppliers back. It is confusing to use and most things on the platform are in broken English making it even harder to know what is ever going on. You have to make sure a bunch of things are in place before you can even think about using this integration. I contacted customer support when I first tried to migrate because it wasn't working (b/c of supplier issue i described)...they were minorly helpful by telling me all the things I needed to do, but ultimately i had to figure it out myself. I never review apps on here, but felt this one needed it and I really don't understand how it is so highly rated. Maybe it takes time to understand, but I am irritated at the tedious work I've had to do to make sure it is all right. Disappointed to say the least.

I'm sorry to hear about your issues so let me get back to you about some of the points your raised.
First of all, you're not forced to use DSers. We worked hard with Oberlo to provide a solution for migration, but you can also use other app if you prefer to.
For your migration issues, this shouldn't happen, you mentionned that you contacted the customer service, would you mind contacting them again? They should be able to help you solve this issue.
Finally, we understand that DSers is different from Oberlo, some features are very different, and some simply didn't exist. We know it takes some time to get fully accustomed to DSers, so don't hesitate to contact us for any questions.

This is actually a visual bug coming from Shopify, and your store can function with DSers normally.
We are working with the Shopify team to get rid of this issue.

SCAM! Bad customer service made me wait for days to get a reply. I've been charged for using a FREE TRIAL and they still charged me. I asked for a FULL REFUND as this was their fault. After days of complaining they wont even give me my Full refund and only gave less than Half of the money they took from my account. So mad about the fact that I used a free trial plan and cancelled before the free trial ends and they still charged me. scam.

Please note that the free trial is available for 14 days only, and you subscribed to the paid plan and used some paid features afterwards for a couple of days.

I was charged $368 for nothing. I signed up through Shopify for what I thought was $1/mo and was charged $368 through DSers. I never drop shipped anything. I cannot find customer service or a help chat to cancel or be reimbursed. It's a total scam.

12/01/2022 Failed Price Updates: The DSERS site has failed to update pricing 5 days in a row. I have to manually open the software and click each of the AliExpress links to get it to update. then the help desk sent me a message saying "see it updated, it works fine" when in fact I HAD INITIATED THE UDPATES NOT THE SOFTWARE. The DSers software MISSED 70% OF CRITICAL PRICE UPDATES on Black Friday, Cyber Monday and on days thereafter. It missed price changes of 30% and 40% on some products and after 48 hours had not updated leaving the site exposed to losses for underpriced products. It is very concerning that their help desk fails to recognize or admonish that they software is glitching and only updating when i open the app and click through the links. The software left us exposed to potential price discrepancies. Failed Mapping: Twice we have had products pushed to Shopify using the DSERS software. The software has lost the mapping of the product. The software has been unable to remap. The help desk has been unable to solve why their software is losing the mapping of the product they pushed to shopify. This has created real time problems for the team with orders not tracking back to DSers for processing and we had to turn to another company app for help. The Dsers site is good for very limited quantity of transactions with products that do not change price significantly or frequently. It is not handling a listing volume of 100 items.

I used this app, and it was good, but the problem is with the charges. I switched to the free plan, but they still charged me. I deleted the app, and they continue to charge me. I asked them for a refund, but they refused to refund me.

Please note that there is a delay between your actions (such as changing plan and uninstalling an app) and the time Shopify has you pay subscriptions.
Basically, even if you uninstall the app, you may to pay for the previous month of use.
We do not overcharge, but if you have any doubt, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
