I contacted the support team on a weekend and promptly and professionally, Bit answered answered in lightening speed he had to understand my problem and suggest solutions. I hope he will look for the problem which i told him.

I've contacted DSers for help and Jessica was quite efficient with finding my account and assisted promptly with sourcing what I needed to do to get going with my setup work. Thanks Jessica!

Great dropshipping app. Customer service is helpful, and bulk order fulfillment is so helpful when scaling. I would like to see the following features in the future:
- Review import from AliExpress
- Bulk fulfill more than 40 orders at a time
- Better variant mapping

I really like how this app made importing products easier. It would be nice if it would also import the videos from the product pages. I really like how I can make ordering the products easier.

I am only new to drop-shipping . I am not joining 1 and 1 yet so this App sounds to be for me while I am learning. I am fearful of making a hash out of it. Thank you for your patience. Customer service is super prompt and very helpful. Levi answered my questions patiently and explained things I struggled to understand.

The app is great, easy to use and has many features. Support is on top level. Emma helped me solve my issues right away. However there is a bit of confusion when it comes to entering new variants from the same supplier that you already imported the product. You have to manually create variants on shopify and then map them on dser. This creates confusion on sku's and inventory tracking.

I spoke to customer representative Emma and she helped me to clearly understand my issue and learn how to resolve it. Great customer service, didn't have to wait long to get in touch with someone. Just wish the live chat could be accessed within the DSers app instead of facebook messanger.
