I was having trouble connecting my DSers to my Aliexpress due to a discrepancy with the account type I had signed up with aliexpress orignally but I was helped out by a great support staff named Zico and he took care of it all...whew. :)

Adele was so helpful! I asked so many questions and was confusing myself but Adele was very patient with me and just kept explaining everything for me. We went back and forth for about 1.5 hours trying to get stuff fixed and just explaining stuff to me. Very very helpful! It's been a very long time since I had that great of service. Keep up the good work and give this person a bonus for their outstanding customer service!

Lena was amazing to work with. She answered my message in chat within seconds. My supplier had discontinued the item and she not only helped me find a new suppier, she walked me through the process of cancelling my orders and resubmitting. Best service I've ever gotten from a dropshipping service!
