I just finished chatting with Chris, who was able to resolve the issue I had for me super quickly. He was explaining every step to me in real time, providing detailed indications with images, a video of the process and eventually he fixed it for me. I am honestly very impressed by the customer service and especially by Chris. I was worried I would have to chat with a bot, but I got an angel instead

I made my 1st sale but i accidently clicked fulfill. I next found out i had a mapping issue with the product. Luckily i contacted Blanca on messenger through Dsers and they helped me through the process and learn how to do things. Very helpful, kind and smart. Very very satisfied and happy with the customer service rep, Blanca, who helped me today. Blanca was able to quickly understand my problem and provide a solution that wouldve otherwise caused me a lot of manual work and liabilities (PayPal tracking orders & charge backs).
