I made my 1st sale but i accidently clicked fulfill. I next found out i had a mapping issue with the product. Luckily i contacted Blanca on messenger through Dsers and they helped me through the process and learn how to do things. Very helpful, kind and smart. I had a big issue that would have affected my store big time, I therefore sent a email to Dsers then in a matter of 4 mins I got a reply back by asupport agent "AURORA" I would give her 5 star review if we were allowed to review support agent because she honestly helped me 100/100. Thank you Dsers but mainly thank you "AURORA". I would recommend you guys to email Dsers support team if any issue comes up and if your lucky u might get helped by the 10/10 support agent "AURORA".

Thank you Sandy. Today, when I use DSERS to set up a shop, I found that there is a Shopify shop. I will not close it, but when I want to delete the association, it does not work, so I will contact the DSERS team to ask for help.After receiving the help email of Sandy, she simply confirmed my request with a screenshot, and quickly helped me solve the problem!
