It took me all day yesterday trying to update my email, but I could not solve the problem, I decided to contact Desres customer support to help me. As soon as I reached out with the customer support and raised the concerns I was facing, Eden managed to sort out my problem within 5-10 minute, because I was explaining to him to understand my query, once he understood my query, he helped me professionally and friendly way. The service I received was excellent, I was 100% satisfied.

Started using DSers recently when my old dropshipping stopped working. So far I am very happy with everything. It's super easy to import and edit products, they provide an intuitive search function, and best of all, everything is fully automated so I don't even have to touch my orders, DSers takes care of everything from beginning to end!
Today I had a few questions so I reached out to chat support and talked to Zoe. She was very kind and helpful, answered all my questions, and took the time to explain things to me.
