She patiently walked me through all the steps and even helped me re-align my unsynched orders in a matter of minutes. Support that goes above and beyond!! This is the first time I want to do Drop Shipping on my new Website at Shopify. I heard about this app because of all the reviews I found on the Shopify app store. The step-by-step guidance to import the products into my Shopify was helpful because of the video tutorial instructions. Untile I got to the stage, I was confused between the Sales Channel: Online Store vs POS (I don't use this), because I was not sure what the requirement is in the Drop Shipping. Selena was very helpful in making me understand clearer as I selected the sales channel to be the Online Store. This was the right setting for my content website, as I do not use POS for my content website.

I spent hours on a problem and finally decided to ask for help from DSers customer service. My helper, Irene, was very helpful and she solved two of the problems I was having very quickly. She saved me so much time and she was really sweet and patient when I didn't understand quite what to do. Definitely felt heard and will not hesitate to reach out in the future if I get stuck on any roadblocks.
