J'ai utilisé DSERS pour traiter une commande, et j'ai eu BRUNA qui m'a assisté sur tout le processus de traitement jusqu'au paiement. Ma commande avait échoué, le mapping était incomplet, Bruna m'a guidé avec des explications très concises; les réponses étaient précises et moi qui ne comprends pas vite, je n'ai eu aucune difficulté avec les explications de Bruna. Je la trouve super efficace et c'est super, en tant que débutant de pouvoir etre aidé comme ça. Merci encore à BRUNA pour sa disponibilité et toute l'aide qu'elle m'a apportée. eric

I use dropshippers to fulfill my orders with shopify. It is a very good working app for dropshippig business. It is working very professional and fast. The last 2 days I had an issue with one order it said it fails everytime but i couldnt fix the issue. I contacted the support via facebook. Best support ever of all the shopify apps. After a few minutes i got an answer from Catherine. She was very kind, professional and quick with solving my problem. I can recommend dropshippers to everyone who wants to start dropshipping. Best fullfilment and support service. Thank you Catherine! :)

I received assistance from Jessica today and the experience was very pleasant as she provided me with information as to how the app works and so far everything is working out good and appears to be one two clicks to get started.
Got to love business as we deal with issues at record time and Mia sure assisted me today with my issue and provide suggestions for the future with pricing and supplier shipping cost. I am grateful for the support team as they are very kind and helpful and they always save the day.

C'est la deuxième fois que je fais appel a l'aide de dsers et c'est également la deuxième fois que je suis impressionnée par ce support.
Cette fois ci j'ai eu un problème avec mon compte aliexpress lié a Dsers. Grace à l'aide précieuse de Catherine mon problème est réglé et je peux enfin lancer ma première pub.
Catherine est incroyablement réactive et efficace.
Pr tout dire j fais le chat par erreur car la plus part du temps y a personne derriere mais là un simple bonjour et hop on est pris en charge.
