DSERS is awsome and serves its purpose well. However i ran into a mapping issue with multiple pending orders. I reached out to the live messaging service and was contacted by teresa immediately. She is worth her weight in gold, she answered my question exactly and gave me all the necessary info and actually walked me through fixing the issue down to fulfilling the order.
