I had a problem with fulfilling my orders and it is because I had my settings incorrectly set. The customer service rep named Sandy was very helpful. I had issues with certain areas of the products and the price of the products for one of my orders and Rin was amazing and managed to sort out all the issues, going out of the way as to search for alternative products with a better price. Once everything was sorted I could order the products for my customer. Great job, five stars :)
