Alice was very helpful in solving my problem. As someone who's new to the dropshipping, I was really struggling with my first order. Alice was very patient and walked me through every step. Her screenshots of what screen I needed to be on and how everything should look was the second best part of her helpfulness. Her patience throughout the entire process will forever be unmatched. Adele from Dsers was really fantastic customer support agent - Adele helped all my issues for how to import from aliexpress, how to do the fulfillment orders and how to import the product to shopfiy. Everything very instantly. Adele has a great knowledge and i never experience such a fast customer support service. Great and Fantastic job Adele. Dsers has been the best dropshipping app ive ever used, if it wasnt for DSERS theres no way id be able to process the amount of orders im doing right now. Barely any problems with the platform, super reliable and customer service is really nice and on point. I worked with Cynthia and she was great. If you dont have DSERS and your aliexpress dropshipping get it right now bruh what are you doing
