I was having a difficult time setting up an order for a customer in DSers and did not know what was happening that I could not map an order that was no longer available any longer. Good thing I had reached out to Support in DSers, that's when Zoe reached out and had asked me what was the problem, as soon as I told her the issue she took action and in minutes she had solved the problem. I had managed to process my customers order and Zoe had saved the day! Thank you again for all your help!!
