There is a bit of a learning curve to get used to using the app and I've had to approach the Helpdesk many times. I am so impress by how prompt and helpful the customer service reps always are. The app itself could do with some improvement to make it more user friendly but thank God for their customer support team who saves the day. My last support call was with Isla and she came through with all the advice, suggestions and screenshots. It took me awhile to familiarise myself but she was so infinitely patient. I can't recommend the Dsers Support Team enough!

Great customer support service. Very rapid response time and staff was extremely patient and helpful. However, prices vary between location of users and compared to aliexpress, which can result in unexpected price changes upon placing orders

Have been using DSERs since I started with Shopify and it's great. I also upgraded to the paid version for bundeling and it really makes it easy. Support is super fast, have been talking to Sebastian and he got everything set up for me nice and easy.

This service is hands-down the best app on Shopify. First, the pricing is dirt cheap, like crazy inexpensive. Second, the customer service is fast, knowledgeable, and thorough. They respond through FB messenger usually within a minute or two. I don't know how this can be so good. My last rep - Levi was super helpful. Lastly, product listings and order numbers blow the doors off other DS apps. I don't normally leave reviews, but this is nuts.
