The dsers team was very helpful in showing me how to deal with import of product to my Shopify store and also work out how to use shop mapping. I’m new to DS, so any advice or help is so great for me to launch my site very soon!

Got a very thorough analysis with Ralla today regarding issues with my orders from India. Safe to say, we came to the conclusion that the issue was not inherently connected to the DSers app, but rather Shopify itself.

07.07.24:
Got more help from Selena today where I had issues with updating the order number due to the account being connected to another email. Very simple and straightforward answers from Selena, with precise guidance through pictures.

I had this issue with some payments and i was struggling with it. Later when I spoke with the customer service 'RIN' I have a totally relief because the customer service has helped me with all the issue i was facing and also answered all my question patiently !!
Service is quick easy to understand and well explained!
