I love DSers! Their system takes a little getting used to coming from Oberlo but I find DSers has better features and their customer service is *chef's kiss*! They always answer in a timely fashion and their new supplier optimizer really helps save $$$

Today was my first support request ...
Joy from DSers support team ,she was really helpful , professional , understanding , knows how to deal with customers in a great manner ...
and solved my problem in a very short time ...
Joy gave me a great impression of how DSers support team handle and solve customers problems .

Update -1 : problem not solved ..yet !!
contacting support team again now ... !

Update - 2 : Issue resolved .. and Support team found the causes of the problem..
and for me as an old software developer the explanation is very acceptable ..
they also , gave me alternative work-around using DSers app itself ...

I switched from another app to DSers and am feeling very satisfied so far. Great customer service by Ruby guiding users step-by-step. Easy mapping function for supplier substitute. The only error I've encountered was a payment error after the order was placed on Aliexpress. If this happens to you, just clear browser cookies and it should be good to go.
