I am new to dropshipping and i tried my hand at placing my first order myself just to make sure everything was set up ok. I had 3 websites, tell me different status for the order. Got in contact with the DSers Team member Lucy and she helped me get through everything and look at my order details to make sure everything went through properly! Took the time and effort to answer all my questions afterwards, even though some were not part of the original question it self.

Thanks to her, everything is smoothed out, I am less worried if my site will work or not. She calmed my nerves. The customer support worked out for me. Overall nice as well. Not do this! Do that! Just a simple walkthrough of everything.

I reached out for help this morning and Serein was wonderful. I am new and was having trouble finding the product in my online store. Turned out I missed a step. Serein was very quick to find the problem. My message was answered very quickly and screen shots were included to show me exactly what to do to fix my issue.
Then I was sent another screen shot so I could fix the problem on the Shopify end.
The instructions were clear and understandable.
Serein was a Great Help!!

I was using another app before, but the free plan didn't allow me to add so many products. And, even though I wouldn't mind paying a monthly plan, I always like to try the apps before. Until now I didn't have any big problems with the platform, I had a small inconvenience with my account and Via was super nice and patient to help me solve everything. Great tech support, efficient and friendly!

This was by far one of the best experiences I have had with customer service technical support. They say you can sense if a person is smiling over the phone, well, in this case, conversation-wise, from beginning to end, Zoe's professionalism, understanding of the issue, and ability to resolve the issue by showing me what to do as well as sending me knowledgebase information to help me resolve the issue on my own in the future, is simply, commendable. I am not sure how this review will help her, but if you can give her a raise or give her a promotion, please do. I just started my online boutique today and I can say it is a lot to learn and figure out and get situated . I was having issue with understanding the fulfillment process through DSers as I thought it was just a click a button and move along process(Which they may need to figure out making that process a one place resolution on shopify). I would click request fulfill and it would decline. Just a complete nightmare of confusion. I reached out to DSers which thank GOD its and 24hr chat . I got and Agent by the name of Eden!!!!!A real life safer I swear not sure if Eden was male or female, but Eden walked me step by step thru the process allowing me to show screenshots and constantly checking to make sure I got it !!!I can not Thank Eden enough.I have so much gratitude. DSers I hope you are treating Eden exceptional because Eden is the BOMB!!!!!!!!Dropshipping is a lot there so much to learn so its great to know you have some like Eden that will go above and beyond to get the job done and make it so much easier for the customer!!!Thank you Eden again for everything.
