I have been using DSers for months, and although most things are smooth, there have definitely been some hiccups. That being said, anytime I've reached out to their Support team they've done a fantastic job of addressing and finding solutions to any issues that may arise. My last couple of reps Joy and Stephanie were both extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.

Brand new to this application...I'm finding it a little hard to get the hang of but I'm still getting used to it! My customer service rep, Krystal, helped me navigate the app and was quick to respond! ☺️

Jessica was the ONLY rep out of 2 others that was able to help me understand what in the world was going on with my account. I think this women should be given a promotion and be able to train other employees because wheeew she's great!!
