Still working out how to use it properly as my first order went wrong but i used the chat support and Wendy was fantastic in helping me figure out what went wrong. Only 4* for now but will update once i have successfully placed and received my first order. for now though, all is looking good!

Very good app for order automation to AliExpress I recently switched from Oberlo. Everything has been good so far. The UI could use some upgrade as it has some bugs when importing products.

DSers has been a great source for outfitting my stores with new dropshipping products that our customers love. There is a bit of nuance to it that will require some trial and error, but Olivia at DSers support has been super helpful (and adorably friendly). I highly recommend exploring if DSer's is right for your store.

the support is active and it answered my questions at the moment, a good app, an easy to use application even there is not a lot of functionality ms it is practical

Customer support is decent although in my opinion calling someone your friend could seem a little bit unprofessional but I don't mind it. Problem was fixed decently fast even though at the start it seemed that there was a little bit of miscommunication. Over all a decent experience.
