The app is great, easy to use and has many features. Support is on top level. Emma helped me solve my issues right away. However there is a bit of confusion when it comes to entering new variants from the same supplier that you already imported the product. You have to manually create variants on shopify and then map them on dser. This creates confusion on sku's and inventory tracking.

I spoke to customer representative Emma and she helped me to clearly understand my issue and learn how to resolve it. Great customer service, didn't have to wait long to get in touch with someone. Just wish the live chat could be accessed within the DSers app instead of facebook messanger.

Zark did a fantastic job assisting me with the issues I was having with an order. Zark was very patient and provided a lot of tutorials for mapping products. Customer service is great and gets 5 STARS!!! The app itself is not helpful for my store because it is too manual of process for me. We had to map the item I sold to AliExpress prior to purchasing this DSers. After mapping the product I found out the order failed through AliExpress because the item was out of stock. Since I have to manually look and see if a product is in stock each day is too much for me to do. Zark did advise how to turn on notifications with the free plan. I found out about the inventory tracking limitations for the free plan while dealing with my order issues. This is why I gave the app 4 stars is strictly for the customer service. It may be great for a store that can be more hands on for the free plan or you can upgrade to a paid plan and see how the service works for yourself. If you have issues reach out to customer service for help. This is the best part of their app.

J'aimerais exprimer toute ma gratitude envers Sherry pour son incroyable aide dans la résolution du problème que je rencontrais avec DSers. Sa réponse rapide et ses compétences exceptionnelles ont été un véritable soulagement pour moi.

Dès le début, j'ai été impressionné par la disponibilité de Sherry à répondre à mes requêtes. Cela m'a donné confiance en sa capacité à trouver une solution adaptée à mon problème.

This app is easy to use and has made my eCommerce experience smooth and enjoyable. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it tends to be quite buggy sometimes (items failing to be pushed to Shopify and having to retry multiple times before it works, collections not being recognized, etc). But other than that, it's great!

I just spoke to Eamily. Very helpful and very nice to chat to. Was very detailed and even gave me a screenshot to explain step by step to fulfill my orders. Was able to solve the questions that I have asked and send me a couple of advice on how to integrate Dsers with Oberlo

5 stars for Victoria who was very helpful. But the app itself is messy - the "seamless" migration from Oberlo to DSers we were all promised has not worked very well at alln for me. Almost half (170) of my 400 Oberlo products did not migrate correctly which means I have to manually enter them all over again & maybe even lose my custom title & product descriptions & images. Not looking forward to it.

In somethings its good one but a little complicated many things need to improve, as variants are too much time taking to add as a separate product and most of aliexpress suppliers has added more than different products as 25 variants, it should be solved and available on dsers pro as well dsers. Will review dsers pro too !
