I had been struggling with an email issue on Dsers for a long time, so I finally reached out to customer service. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. Luna, the representative who assisted me, was incredibly patient and provided clear, professional guidance. His responses were quick, and he helped me fully understand and resolve the problem. I had a bit of a problem this morning with the DSERS/Aliexpress app on Shopify. When I opened it, the screen looked different than usual, and I couldn't get past the Sign-in and Authorize Permissions page it kept refreshing every time I tried to enter my email and password. The options were greyed out, and I was stuck!

Thankfully, Chrissy from live support was a lifesaver. She asked me to send over a screenshot (and I even threw in a screen recording for good measure). Chrissy quickly figured out what was happening and provided me with a solution to access the site. Problem solved!

I haven't had an order yet so I can't comment on that, but the customer service is 10/10 - I reached out via facebook messenger, got connected to a real person right away! Rfimp not only answered my questions but he also provided me with screenshots of exactly what to do, and he was a pleasure to talk to. I am not great with technology, so having support like this makes me way more comfortable moving forward!
