The live chat is so convenient. Only thing is that it's only done through facebook messenger. The rep I was talking to very very helpful with fast responses to my questions and concerns. My issue was resolved quickly.
I had some issues with the account set up and process but I has been quickly resolved by the support team. Thanks Rfimp for the support. I love this app.
