I had a situation with the address of my first order but "Lucy" immediately appeared on the support chat and solved all my doubts, amazing customer service. I was really surprised with the warmth,patience, speed and effectiveness of the support. I felt that Lucy was an expert friend in the subject and was helping me at all times, she even calmed me down so I wouldn't be afraid haha. I thank her very much.
