Have not had problems with the app until today, when I went to the customer service messaging and had an extremely quick response time. My problems were solved quickly and my rep, Serein, was able to accomplish the task I needed done from her end while sending me pictures with clear instructions on how do them correctly in the future.

I had some trouble with a product and contact customer service. I got the most patient, understanding and knowlegable person. Her name was Emma. She was awesome, patient. and knows her stuff.
