There was a server issue and I contacted DSERS after learning I was unable to fulfill a customers order. I came into contact with Lily and she was so kind and patient with me even thought I kept asking many questions which would normally annoy someone all in all great service and provides accurate information regarding the issue while being patient with me. I was able to do my order successfully.

Wow. I spent over an hour talking to customer service, sending screenshots and a full video, only to have the agent be the most unhelpful and unknowledgeable person. It took everything in my power to remember I was talking to a person, but my goodness. How are you the support of a product understand? I run an entire tech company and had one very simple question and was left with both a headache and a request to cancel my entire account.

Great experience. Adele was particularly helpful with trouble shooting some technical difficulties I was having. She was not only quick to respond, she also resolved the issue very quickly. Excellent customer service. Also great experience with the vendors as well.

My experience shows that by contacting the Dsers team on Messenger, one can expect quick and professional assistance. In my case, Raphael proved to be invaluable support by offering an effective solution to the problem I was facing. Thanks to his help with product mapping, not only was I able to resolve the encountered issue, but I also significantly reduced the project work time by two days.
