I was stuck for hours when I ran into a remapping issue and couldn't properly fulfill an order. Luckily, Alicia came to the rescue! She gave me clear instructions and screenshots which allowed me to fix the problem. Her expertise and patience were both top-tier. (They need to give her a raise in salary!)

This is my 1st experience using DSers-AliExpress Dropshipping. I am also a beginner in the area of dropshipping. I ran into a problem fulfilling an order. Hello everyone, I was about to process an order on Dsers and intended to switch to a new supplier for my product, but I accidentally clicked on 'process payment'. I didn't want to proceed with this supplier, so I contacted a support representative named Rin. Not only did he help me cancel the 'awaiting payment' status so that I could change the supplier, but he also taught me how to do it. Thank you so much, Rin, and the Dsers team. Now I can sleep peacefully knowing I'm in good hands.
