I had a problem logging into DSers, it turned out that my Aliexpress account was blocked.
I was very upset and did not know what to do, Holly from DSers support was very responsive, listened patiently, tried to clearly explain to me what needs to be done, that there is nothing to worry about, everything is fixable. I'm enjoying this app, it has many of the products I am looking for. Also the support is awesome. Lily was a great help in sorting out an order whereby the Supplier had changed shipping details. She was really patient and stayed with me until the issue was resolved. Great customer support and satisfaction.
